3. Resale Certification

I am purchasing the merchandise described above from Atlantic Wholesalers West Inc. for resale in the regular course of my business. I will resell the merchandise before making any use of it, other than demonstration or display while holding it for sale.

I understand that if I use the merchandise in a manner other than as described above, I may owe applicable use tax based on the purchase price or as otherwise provided by law.
